Communicates the Committee’s vision and strategy. Accountable for team leadership and delivery of agreed plans. Oversees events, sponsorship, and fundraising activities.

Oversees compliance with regulations, insurance, and membership requirements, ensuring the P&C operates in line with its Constitution.

Responsible for financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, record-keeping standards, and relevant financial regulations.

Manages uniform procurement, maintains supplier relationships, and ensures coordination with the school uniform shop to provide approved, high-quality items in line with school requirements.

Directly manages the school uniform shop, acts as point of contact for parents and carers, collaborates with the procurement manager, and ensures the shop meets the school’s requirements.
